Your words & insight ate amazing, Dave. This post, in particular, spoke to me as I have been in a place of decision on whether or not I should be more ... Insistent? ... In sharing some truth with a dear friend of mine. I won't share details, the story is simply too long ... But you have given me much to pray and think about. Thank you ~ may God continue to bless you.

I like this a lot Dave. I have had some real good struggles with this lately in my life. I have had some good, and bad experiences with sharing the truth with some people. I think you are right on with the 5 considerations. If someone has never listened before they will never listen. If you share the truth with compassion a receptive person will be more likely to truly hear what you have to say. "A wise man speaks only when necessary." "It is better to be thought a fool then to speak, and remove all doubt." On a side note I am on the edge of my seat in anticipation for your book! Keep up the great work my friend.
