This blog will sometimes contain questionable language.  While I do not want this blog to be known as a place where people can go to find f-bombs and other vulgarities on a site run by a pastor/teacher, I will occasionally quote from other writers, and other people will sometimes use different speech than I use.   I want to quote my sources carefully and responsibly, but as a pastor and university professor, the subtext of this blog is important to me.

Accordingly, when I refer to certain words on my blog, I will do it in a way that leaves no doubt about the original word, but will not reprint it in full.  If I were just a freelancer floating around out there with no responsibilities to anyone else, that would be different and I would probably handle things differently.

I have chosen to enable the “Possibly Related Posts” feature on this blog whereby WordPress links from each of my posts to other WordPress blog posts (sometimes my own, sometimes those of others) that may be of interest to you.  These are automatically generated and I am in no way responsible for the content of these posts.  I have enabled this feature for two reasons.  First, the majority of suggested posts do contain valuable (or at least harmless) content.  Second, in enabling this feature, posts from my blog can show up on other blogs that have enabled it as well.  This is important as I try to get my work in front of as many eyes as possible.
